What are GYP Grow Events?

These professional development programs, led by Gwinnett Young Professionals (GYP), are specifically designed to inspire, motivate, and educate you as you begin or grow your career. GYP Grow programs focus on growing and developing your skills and knowledge. Topics covered include: leadership, personal branding, time management, effective communication, business foundations and more.

There are two aspects to any negotiation: the actual exchange between buyer and seller, and the inner thought process in the mind of each party. The former comes out of the latter, and it is critical that we get our own thoughts, feelings, and emotions under control before we have any interaction with the counter-party.
